Can I order two identical products?
All the items in El Silencio del Valle are handcrafted, which gives them an exclusive and unique character, not being able to find two exactly alike.
How can I pay for my order?
All our purchases are safe. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
Can I make a bank transfer?
For orders made by bank transfer we will proceed to send your order once we have received the proof of transfer in our email info@elsilenciodelvallecom.
When will I receive my order?
All the products of the website elsienciodelvalle. com are unique and exclusive, the products that are displayed on the website are already waiting for you, so their delivery will be made in 24h/48h working hours if you place your order before 13:00h.
SHIPPING AND RETURN
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free for mainland Spain. In the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping cost is 8€ for any order.
I want to send a product to Europe
If you would like to send a product anywhere in Europe or the world, write us an email email@example.com and we will reply to you with the shipping cost of the product. In all cases, customs charges will be borne by the client.
How can I return my product?
To accept the return, all items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labels.
El Silencio del Valle reserves the right not to accept the change if, once received, the product is in poor condition, worn, stained, broken, washed or in inadequate condition.
To manage the return of your order, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and explaining the reason for your return.
I have received a defective item. What do I have to do?
If you have received an item in bad condition write us an email with the photo of the defective product. If you wish, you can exchange your order for another product of the same amount or allow us to rebuild your product, as they are unique and handcrafted.
