Shipping costs are free for mainland Spain.<\/p>\r\n

In the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping cost is 8\u20ac for any order.<\/p>\r\n

f you wish to send an article to any part of Europe or the world, write us an email\u00a0info@elsilenciodelvalle.com<\/a>\u00a0and we will answer you with the shipping cost of the product. DELIVERY TIMES<\/h3>\r\n

If you place an order within mainland Spain, it will reach you within 2-3 working days after it has been delivered to the transport company. Shipments to other countries of the European Union are delivered within 4-5 working days. Shipments to the rest of the world are delivered within 6-8 working days (excluding customs delays).<\/p>\r\n

EASY AND FREE RETURNS<\/h3>\r\n

You can return any product, the cost of return is assumed by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.<\/p>\r\n

If you have received your order in bad or defective condition, you can exchange your order for other products of the same amount at no extra cost.<\/p>\r\n

To accept the return, all items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labels.<\/p>\r\n
