All our purchases are safe. You can choose to pay by credit or debit card, Paypal or bank transfer.<\/p>\r\n

Can I make a bank transfer?<\/h4>\r\n

Shipping costs are free for mainland Spain. In the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping cost is 8\u20ac for any order.<\/p>\r\n

I want to send a product to Europe<\/h4>\r\n

If you would like to send a product anywhere in Europe or the world, write us an email info@elsielnciodelvalle.com<\/a> and we will reply to you with the shipping cost of the product. In all cases, customs charges will be borne by the client.<\/p>\r\n

How can I return my product?<\/h4>\r\n

To accept the return, all items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labels.<\/p>\r\n

El Silencio del Valle reserves the right not to accept the change if, once received, the product is in poor condition, worn, stained, broken, washed or in inadequate condition.<\/p>\r\n

To manage the return of your order, send us an email to info@elsilenciodelvalle.com<\/a> with the order number and explaining the reason for your return.<\/p>\r\n

I have received a defective item. What do I have to do?<\/h4>\r\n

If you have received an item in bad condition write us an email with the photo of the defective product.
